Job Description
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Business Development Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The B2B (Business-to-Business) Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business relationships with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and business growth. The role involves selling company products or services to other businesses, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities with corporate clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote the business
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration and other related field.
At least 2 to 3 years Proven work experience in B2B sales or corporate sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent customer relationship management abilities
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license may be an added advantage
