About the Role
BCA Travel Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow their travel business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, securing partnerships, and supervising travel consultants and operational staff.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise Travel Consultants and operational staff
- Grow revenue through ticket sales, travel packages, and corporate accounts
- Secure partnerships with corporates, NGOs, schools, and embassies
- Develop travel packages, itineraries, and promotional campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and recommend strategic improvements
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in travel, sales, or operations management
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Galileo GDS, Amadeus, CRM, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)
- IATA certification
- Digital Marketing certification
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
