1. Business Development Officer (BDO) (3 positions )

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure new clients (pharmacies, clinics, hospitals)
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
3. Promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical productsMeet and exceed monthly sales targets
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

1. Assist with ordering and receiving medical supplies
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
3. Background in Pharmacy/Medical field is an added advantage
4. Proven sales experience with measurable results
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional
7. Candidates with existing customers/relationships in pharmacies, clinics, and
8. Hospitals will be given priority

Compensation:

1. Base salary + commission (3%–7% on collected revenue)
2. Performance-based bonuses
