Chikho Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead kitchen operations, prepare high-quality meals, and ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Certificate or other relevant culinary qualification
• At least two (2) years of cooking experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment
• Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
