Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
- Manage daily financial transactions including cash management, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support preparation and monitoring of organizational and project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with finance, procurement, and cost allocation policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Support financial audits and donor financial reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the programs team to track project expenditures.
- Ensure financial accountability and transparency across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a young woman aged between 20 and 35 years.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting practices.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
