JATA Investment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer who will support the accountant in financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, provide day-to-day financial support, and ensure effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records, including management and control of procurements
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting
• Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and supplier payments
• Manage petty cash and perform reconciliations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular weekly and monthly cyclic counts
• Coordinate inventory management activities including receiving, costing, stock counts, reconciliation, and dispatch for the farm and all outlets

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in accounting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in warehousing and inventory management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
