Lindian Resources Mining Ltd is expanding operations at Kangankunde Mine and as we advance through construction, commissioning, and operations, we are seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our growing team in the following position: –

HSE Compliance Officer


Role Summary

The HSE Compliance Officer will support the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental compliance systems, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with HSE policies, legislation, and standards
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance assessments
  • Maintain compliance registers and documentation
  • Support contractor compliance and HSMS implementation
  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective action tracking

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HSE compliance or similar role
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and regulatory frameworks

General Requirements (All Roles)

  • Experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability and prepared to work in a remote site environment with high temperatures.
  • Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement
