RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB PURPOSE


Provide pre-sale and after sales support to the Enterprise Customers. Identify opportunities to sale Enterprise solutions, develop business solutions and winning proposals and participate in closing the sales in line with enterprise revenue targets. Execute special projects, prepare reports around enterprise solutions and other assignments as requested from time to time to provide consultative direction for the team towards achieving set goals and objectives


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Enterprise Solutions Revenue


Should be able to provide leadership to a project team comprising marketing, technical and third party contractors for LCR to achieve set objectives on enterprise solutions i.e. Data, Leased Lines, LCR and timely execution of the Enterprise program though the Enterprise sales tea

2. New Projects


Should be a strategic thinker, to evolve new business solutions for perpetuation of business solutions excellence.

He/She should be able to identify opportunities in the market and devise strategy to develop both current and new business aimed at increasing revenue of the Enterprise Business Unit.

Coordinate new projects from conception, planning and executing.

3. Key Performance Indicators


Monthly review of performance and productivity of each revenue line of the Enterprise Business Solutions in line with set targets.

4. Business Solutions Management


Effectively manage business solutions products in accordance with their defined roles and responsibilities to meet the company objectives

Be able to: review performance, interview, recruit and develop LCR agents in line with company policy / standards and procedures.

5. Reporting


Preparation of timely and accurate management reports to reflect the performance of the section in line with company objectives and set operational benchmarks on all Business Solutions.

Ensure quick resolution of all bottlenecks experienced by the Enterprise Sales team and gather market intelligence to ensure competitive edge.

6. Demand Forecasting & Action


Be able to determine and forecast the sales for the forthcoming period and demonstrate the measures taken to achieve them.

7. Enterprise Customer Management


Evolve and execute Business Solutions customer/partner management strategy capable of motivating various customers on embracing Airtel solutions as part of their core business plan.

8. Delivery Chain


Effectively utilize the Enterprise Sales structures to drive sales of enterprise business through various BTL activities.

Achieve revenue targets (Postpaid and prepaid)

Achieve business solutions market penetration Targets

Achieve business solutions communication & Awareness targets

Implement planned training programs

Ensure efficient delivery of special projects and business solutions

Implement Visibility Standards for business solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education/Technical Skills


University Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or any relevant degree

Knowledge of GSM, 3G and LTE

An understanding of Enterprise Business objectives

Management skills

Strong Interpersonal Skills

Strong People Management Skills

Focused on getting the desired result

Strong advocate of change management

Excellent and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing

Business awareness

Service and customer oriented

Team player

Ability to learn new data devices quickly
