Henchi invites applications from motivated, early-career professionals for its Management Trainee – Leadership Development Programme. The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder and CEO, gaining hands-on experience in different areas of the business while developing the skills needed for future leadership.

The trainee may also contribute to selected projects and ventures beyond Henchi, gaining broader exposure to entrepreneurship, business development, and management.
