PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Successful candidates will undergo:

1. Local Rotational Training

An intensive 12-month hands-on rotational training program covering the full spectrum of hotel operations.

2. International Exposure & Certification

Upon successful completion of the local training phase, trainees will proceed to an additional 12 months of international exposure and certification designed to broaden professional experience and leadership capabilities.

At the end of the program, high-performing trainees will be considered for appointment into substantive middle-management positions within the Group.

The program provides comprehensive training across key operational and administrative departments, including:

• Rooms Division
• Food & Beverage Operations
• Finance
• Maintenance
• Administration & General Management
