Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,  Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in a microfinance institution, bank, or SACCO.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of cooperative financial services and a valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
