Citizen Real Estate Company Limited is inviting applications from energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Marketing Officers based at our Blantyre Office.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

The Marketing Officers will be responsible for driving plot sales and expanding the company’s customer base through active field marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, and consistent follow-up with prospective clients

This position requires individuals who are highly active, persuasive, confident, and willing to spend most of their time in the field searching for customers and closing sales.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Successful candidates will be expected to:

•Identify and search for potential customers for the company’s plots and real estate products.

•Market and sell plots to individuals, families, businesses, and institutions.

•Generate, chase, and track sales leads until closure.

•Conduct field marketing activities and customer outreach campaigns.

•Engage directly with prospective clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

•Explain plot locations, prices, payment plans, and other property details to customers.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

•Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

•Meet assigned sales targets and performance expectations.

•Prepare daily and weekly sales and marketing reports.

•Represent the company professionally at all times.

•Perform any other duties assigned by management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬

Applicants must:

•Be hardworking, energetic, and goal-oriented.

•Be confident in approaching and speaking to customers.

•Be highly organised and able to follow up leads effectively.

•Be willing to move around extensively in search of customers and sales opportunities.

•Have strong passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

•Be able to work under pressure and meet targets.

•Be creative, proactive, and self-motivated.

•Possess basic knowledge of real estate marketing and sales.

•Have good interpersonal skills and professional conduct.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Public Relations, or related field.

Previous experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
