Eagles Rising High School — a co-educational boarding secondary school opening its doors to its inaugural Form 1 intake in September 2026 — is building a founding team of educators and support staff. We are currently recruiting for the following position.

Matron

Provides pastoral care and day-to-day welfare supervision for boarding students, particularly girls' hostels, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and disciplined residential environment.

Monthly Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Key Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Social Work, Nursing, Education, or related field
• Prior experience in a boarding school or residential care setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and pastoral care skills
• Sound Christian values and a caring, disciplined character
• Willingness to reside on campus
