One Water Village is looking for a MEL Cycle Specialist to join its team.

Position: MEL Cycle Specialist

Qualification: BSc in a related field

Location: Lilongwe City, with travel to project sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing MEL frameworks
• Managing data systems
• Leading project evaluations
• Facilitating evidence-based learning
• Data analysis and sharing

We are looking for someone who is:

• Mature and professional
• Technically skilled in data
• Analytical and a critical thinker
• An adaptive learner

Additional skills are an advantage:

• Practical GIS & Remote Sensing
• Strong presentation skills
• Project design experience
