Available Positions

1. Site Engineers – 2 Positions

Key Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications or technical training in the respective field
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Strong understanding of construction site operations
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Interpret drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams
• Monitor progress and prepare site reports
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

2. Quantity Surveyor – 1 Position

Key Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications or technical training in the respective field
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Strong understanding of construction site operations
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and valuations
• Monitor project costs and support cost control measures
• Prepare interim payment certificates and variation assessments
• Assist in procurement and contract administration

3. Health, Environmental and Safety Assistants – 2 Positions

Key Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications or technical training in the respective field
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enforce site safety regulations and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Maintain safety records and incident reports
• Promote environmental compliance on site

4. Building Foremen – 3 Positions

Key Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications or technical training in the respective field
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Strong understanding of construction site operations
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise artisans and general workers on site
• Ensure proper execution of construction works
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Report progress and challenges to site engineers

5. Site Clerks – 3 Positions

Key Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualifications or technical training in the respective field
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily site records and attendance registers
• Assist in documentation and filing of project records
• Support administrative and logistical site functions
• Assist in preparing basic reports

6. Driver – 1 Position

Key Requirements:

• Valid Class B Driving Licence with at least 3 years driving experience
• Good communication and reporting skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport staff, materials, and equipment safely to designated sites
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and proper usage
• Maintain logbooks and fuel records
• Adhere to road safety regulations at all times
