POSITION 1: LOADING SUPERVISORS

LOCATION: Blantyre (Head Office)

JOB TYPE: Full Time

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of MSCE.
• A professional certificate or diploma in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of previous 2 years' experience and a clean track record from a manufacturing company.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

POSITION 2: QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT

LOCATION: Lilongwe Branch

Application Deadline: Saturday, 17th October 2026

JOB TYPE: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sampling of incoming raw materials.
• Assessing and reporting on the quality of the raw materials using designated forms.
• Recommending for or against QAM's approval of the raw materials after assessing their quality.
• Checking and monitoring cleanliness and hygiene of the processing areas and the overall Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP).
• Checking quality of the raw materials including moisture and foreign matter, etc.
• Checking and monitoring products being produced in terms of product type, brand name, batch number, MFD and BBD.
• Checking and monitoring staff hygiene before commencement of duties, during production and whenever required.
• Checking quality of the packaging materials in terms of artwork and strength to withstand normal handling impact.
• Checking and monitoring product packing process in terms of product weight and seal integrity.
• Reporting problems with respect to FSMD to supervisors or other identified persons.
• Checking cleanliness and approving loading of vehicles.
• Monitoring loading and offloading of raw and packaging materials.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of MSCE.
• Diploma in food science or any related field.
• A minimum of 2 years' work experience in food quality control and food safety.
• Ability to work under pressure.

POSITION 3: DRIVERS

• A driving licence B or C1 & C1, C with category GD.
• Minimum of previous 3 years' experience and a clean track record.
• Defensive driving certificate will be an added advantage.
