OVERVIEW

VisionFund Malawi is a Christian, mission-driven, deposit-taking microfinance institution committed to serving caregivers in hard-to-reach and underserved communities.

The organisation is implementing the FARMSE-funded Chuma Chathu Project and is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to be based at its Head Office in Lilongwe.

The successful candidate will provide overall leadership and oversight of the Chuma Chathu Project, ensuring successful implementation in line with project goals. The role will also lead the scaling up of VisionFund products and services across the selected project districts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide overall leadership and coordination of the Chuma Chathu Project.
• Ensure project implementation aligns with approved goals and objectives.
• Oversee execution of project activities and deliverables.
• Lead the scaling up of VisionFund products and services in the selected project districts.
• Ensure effective coordination of project implementation and performance.
• Support the achievement of project outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
