Kwera Digital Media Limited is a Malawian media production and digital content company delivering campaign-ready storytelling for brands, institutions, and communities.

We produce TV commercials, radio adverts, documentaries, photography, live streaming, outside broadcasting, and digital-first content — supported by a practical workflow, reliable production gear, and measurable reporting.


We serve clients across FMCG, financial services, NGOs, corporate institutions, and development partners.


THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Build lasting client relationships
  • Convert prospects into partners

You will work closely with the production team and a Business Development Analyst (AI agent) to develop proposals and ensure clients receive outstanding value.


WORKING WITH THE AI AGENT

The Business Development Analyst (AI agent) handles:

  • Lead research
  • Campaign analytics
  • CRM management
  • Email drafting
  • Performance reporting

This allows the Sales & Marketing Representative to focus on:

  • Client relationships
  • Meetings
  • Closing deals
  • Real-world decision-making

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Position: Sales and Marketing Representative
  • Location: Blantyre, Malawi (field and office-based)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Reporting To: Managing Director
  • AI Partner: Business Development Analyst (AI Agent)
  • Closing Date: 7 April 2026


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client-facing & Sales Duties:

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients
  • Present and sell services (TV, radio, digital, photography, etc.)
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Attend meetings, present, negotiate, and close deals
  • Prepare quotations and proposals
  • Meet monthly sales targets


AI Collaboration Duties:

  • Brief the AI agent daily
  • Review and approve AI-generated content
  • Use AI insights for outreach
  • Log client interactions for CRM
  • Support digital marketing campaigns


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Ability to work with AI tools


Added Advantage:

  • Existing network in corporate, NGO, or FMCG sectors
  • Knowledge of media production or advertising
  • Experience with CRM or AI tools
  • Familiarity with live streaming or broadcasting
