POSITION: SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Design graphics, banners, and visual assets for social media and digital ad campaigns.
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video and motion content (reels, ads, promos) for social platforms.
• Develop and execute social media and paid ad strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement to continuously optimize content and campaign performance.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce cohesive, high-quality campaigns.
• Track KPIs and report on growth, engagement, and ad performance/ROI.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, design trends, and content formats.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and running ad campaigns.
• Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Video editing/motion graphics skills for ad development (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and content formats independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video/motion content will be required before hiring.
