African Health Facilitation Bridge (AHFB) is a regional coordination and implementation support platform working to improve patient access to quality healthcare services across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Position Summary

AHFB is seeking a mature, professional, and relationship-oriented individual to support strategic engagement and relationship development with government institutions, partners, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a good understanding of stakeholder engagement dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Support relationship development with Ministries of Health, healthcare institutions, NGOs, and partners.

Coordinate stakeholder communication and engagement activities.

Support meetings, presentations, and institutional discussions.

Represent AHFB professionally during selected engagements.

Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.

Support institutional relationship continuity.

Desired Profile

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional, mature, and discreet.

Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Able to work independently and flexibly.

Work Conditions

Initially part-time and flexible.

Combination of remote work and occasional meetings.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience and scope of responsibilities. The arrangement may include a monthly retainer, engagement-based incentives.
