WHO WE ARE

MCHEREZO Christian Academy provides an education that focuses not only on academic performance but also on equipping students to live wisely according to God's principles. We are an open-enrolment school and welcome applications from students of all backgrounds. However, we aim to integrate a Christian worldview and biblical values into everything we do and teach. It is our vision to provide an education that glorifies God and benefits our students and their communities. Together, we pursue Truth, Wisdom, and Love. These core values are reflected in our various programmes.

MCHEREZO Christian Academy is one of the programmes of MALO A MCHEREZO, a childcare organisation that provides holistic support to underprivileged children.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

MCHEREZO Christian Academy offers more than a job: it is a place to live out one's calling and passion for bringing hope and positive change into the lives of young people. Therefore, we are looking for teachers who are willing to go beyond delivering engaging and motivating lessons, and who are committed to mentoring students and serving as reliable role models in all their duties.

We encourage and expect our teachers to continue developing their skills. We therefore require them to participate in regular in-service training and apply feedback constructively in the classroom.

Because English is essential across the curriculum, we expect our teachers not only to have an excellent command of English themselves but also to help students improve their English skills in all subjects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A dedicated Christian who shares our vision and values.
• Holds at least a Diploma in Education.
• Registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi.
• Ready to work diligently and proactively.
