Job Description

Reporting to: Head of Technology
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for a range of applications and systems used by the Bank. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as development of new solutions and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support all Core Banking Applications (CBA) and non-CBA applications and e-channels
- Develop and maintain operational documentation for all applications and e-channels
- Perform systems administration, configuration, integration and performance monitoring
- Provide user support and training on all supported applications
- Execute routine system maintenance, backups, restoration, and operational checks
- Coordinate system maintenance activities and ensure compliance with Ecobank Group change and configuration management guidelines
- Supervise and monitor the development and integration of relevant interfaces with third-party applications
- Automate manual systems as well as repetitive tasks and workflows across various business functions
- Manage the software library and ensure secure on-site and off-site backups for all applications

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the banking sector
