MDzo Computers is hiring an IT Support & Graphics Technician to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain computers (laptops & desktops)
• Install and configure software and operating systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Create graphics for marketing materials, social media and branding
• Provide excellent technical support and customer service

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience in computer repairs (hardware & software)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Canva)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for technology and creativity
