OVERVIEW

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Farm Manager Intern. The monthly salary during the two-month probation period is MWK 200,000.

Terms and Conditions of Employment include:

1. Free institutional accommodation with solar electricity;

2. Annual leave entitlement after completing one year of service, and each year thereafter;

3. Access to staff loans and salary advances;

4. Severance pay at 5% of monthly salary for each completed month of service, payable upon separation, as stipulated by the Laws of Malawi.

Required Profile:

The candidate must be highly disciplined, organized, and demonstrate the highest level of integrity.

Must possess a Diploma in Horticulture, General Agriculture, or Irrigation Technology from Natural Resources College or Mwimba College of Agriculture. Fresh graduates with the above attributes are preferred. We will consider candidates who pay attention to simple details.
