Job Description
Reporting to: Registrar
Key Responsibilities
Maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support to staff and students.
Manage data backup, system security, and troubleshooting.
Support the Student Management Information System and e-learning platforms.
Maintain the college website and email systems.
Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology or related field.
At least 2 years' practical experience.
Knowledge of networking, databases, and system support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
