The Bank seeks a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and strengthen its enterprise-wide information security program. The role is responsible for protecting critical information assets, managing cyber risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting secure digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead information security governance, risk, and compliance in line with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Oversee security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and threat management.
• Manage identity and access controls, ensuring secure and appropriate system access.
• Drive vulnerability management and threat hunting initiatives.
• Ensure robust security architecture, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
• Manage third-party/vendor security risks.
• Promote secure application development practices.
• Provide executive reporting on security posture, risks, and incidents.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills / Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk.
• Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
