Job Description
The Bank seeks a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead and strengthen its enterprise-wide information security program. The role is responsible for protecting critical information assets, managing cyber risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting secure digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead information security governance, risk, and compliance in line with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Oversee security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and threat management.
- Manage identity and access controls, ensuring secure and appropriate system access.
- Drive vulnerability management and threat hunting initiatives.
- Ensure robust security architecture, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
- Manage third-party/vendor security risks.
- Promote secure application development practices.
- Provide executive reporting on security posture, risks, and incidents.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills / Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk.
- Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
