First Capital Bank is looking for motivated individuals to join our freelance network and support various customer engagement, sales, and brand activation initiatives across our business.

Important Information:

This is a freelance consultancy opportunity and does not constitute permanent employment with FCB. Successful candidates will be engaged on a performance-based commission structure depending on the assigned opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and create awareness of FCB products and services
• Support customer acquisition activities, including customer onboarding and account opening initiatives
• Promote relevant banking solutions and provide customers with a positive FCB experience
• Identify opportunities within your community and build strong customer relationships
• Work towards agreed performance and customer engagement targets

Technical Skills and Competence:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with people
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently
• Customer service, sales, marketing, or community engagement experience will be an added advantage

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any post-secondary school qualifications
