OVERVIEW

Zenith Private Secondary School is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Headteacher to provide academic leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of the school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide overall leadership, management, and administration of the school.
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Supervise, support, and mentor teaching staff.
• Manage school discipline, records, and parent relations.
• Plan and implement school development programmes.
• Teach Geography as part of the teaching load.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Must be a retired teacher with proven experience in school management.
• Ability to teach Geography at secondary school level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for academic excellence and student welfare.
• Must be registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi.
