INVESTMENT MANAGER

OVERVIEW

LifeCo Asset Management Company Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Investment Manager. This position reports directly to the Board of the Asset Management Company and plays a strategic role in the operations of the Company and the achievement of the business strategic plan.

LifeCo is seeking an experienced and analytical Investment Manager to lead our investment operations. The manager will build and execute sound investment strategies, research financial markets, and manage client and pension fund assets. The manager's primary goal is to grow financial portfolios in line with the investment policy statements while respecting predefined risk profiles and observing relevant legal guidelines.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or any related field.
• Professional qualifications such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), MSc Finance, Investments, or an equivalent professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Candidates pursuing the CFA certification programme with Level 1 or above are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a senior management leadership role in a similar profession.

• Client acquisition, relationship management, and business support services.
• Formulation and execution of portfolio growth strategies.
• Investment analysis, portfolio management, and reporting.
• Market research and intelligence analysis.
• Risk management and compliance.
• Business operations management.
• Provide leadership and team support.
• Manage investment portfolios and contribute to the achievement of the Company's strategic business objectives.
