Office Plus Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Development Officer to join our team at our Blantyre branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and o5line)
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and sales growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• A certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• A diploma in a related field will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
