Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage MEL frameworks, tools, and databases for the project
  • Lead baseline, midline, and endline evaluations
  • Collect, analyze, and report on project data (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Facilitate learning sessions and document best practices & case studies
  • Train staff and partners on data collection and reporting standards
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and accountability mechanisms

Technical Skills:

  • Data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Report writing
  • Digital data collection tools (KoboToolbox, ODK)


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields; a Master’s degree is an added advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Statistics
  • Development Studies
  • Community Development
  • Social Work, or a related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years in Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Experience with SRHR programs, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) interventions, or disability inclusion projects (strong advantage)
  • Experience with donor-funded projects preferred
