Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and manage MEL frameworks, tools, and databases for the project
- Lead baseline, midline, and endline evaluations
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Facilitate learning sessions and document best practices & case studies
- Train staff and partners on data collection and reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and accountability mechanisms
Technical Skills:
- Data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Report writing
- Digital data collection tools (KoboToolbox, ODK)
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields; a Master’s degree is an added advantage:
- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation
- Statistics
- Development Studies
- Community Development
- Social Work, or a related field
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years in Monitoring & Evaluation
- Experience with SRHR programs, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) interventions, or disability inclusion projects (strong advantage)
- Experience with donor-funded projects preferred
