The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for project costing, BOQ preparation, budget control, cost analysis, procurement support, and financial monitoring to ensure projects remain profitable and financially controlled.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and costing systems
• Understanding of construction and interior fit-out projects
• Attention to detail and commercial awareness
