KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least a MSCE certificate; a certificate, diploma in Marketing, Business, Education, Social Sciences or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be confident, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Have good knowledge of their local community and surrounding areas.
• Be able to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Have access to a smartphone and be able to use social media and digital communication platforms.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment or community mobilisation will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit and assist prospective students to enrol at TEEM Development Centre College.
• Promote the College's programmes within your district and surrounding communities.
• Identify potential students and provide accurate information about available programmes, entry requirements and admissions.
• Conduct outreach activities in schools, communities, workplaces and other suitable locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and community networks.
• Follow up with prospective students and support them throughout the application process.
• Submit regular recruitment reports to the College.
