KEY REQUIREMENTS

Academic Qualifications and Work Experience:

Applicants should possess the following:

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a closely related field.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience.
Hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
Must be based in Lilongwe.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

A self-starter attitude and the ability to take initiative.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and an interest in sales, marketing, and content creation.
Good organisational skills and the ability to support events.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales & Marketing Intern will support the organisation through the following activities:

Assisting with sales and marketing activities.
Creating content for promotional and marketing purposes.
Engaging with customers and supporting customer relationship management.
Assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution.
