JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Executive will drive sales growth for medical equipment and accessories by identifying business opportunities, managing tender processes, preparing bids and quotations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Academic, Professional Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate should have:

A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in sales, marketing, or tender-driven environments.
Proven experience in bid writing, tender management, and institutional sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

Driving sales growth for medical equipment and accessories.
Identifying, tracking, and pursuing tender opportunities.
Preparing and submitting high-quality bids and proposals.
Responding to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and preparing competitive quotations.
Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Re-engaging past customers to generate repeat business.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and promoting long-term client relationships.
