About The Company
A leading Ready-Mix Concrete Firm is expanding its operations and is looking for experienced professionals to join its team in Lilongwe and Blantyre.
Job Summary
The company is recruiting Senior and Intermediate Sales & Operations Executives to manage client relationships, coordinate concrete supply operations, and support the successful delivery of construction projects.
Senior positions are the primary focus, while a limited number of Intermediate positions are available for candidates with strong potential and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Drive sales and coordinate order execution from batching to delivery.
- Oversee on-site concrete pouring and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Act as the main liaison between the company and clients.
- Prepare performance and operational reports.
Requirements
Qualifications
Senior Candidates
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Concrete Technology, or a related field.
- 7–10 years' experience in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry.
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge of construction sites.
Intermediate Candidates
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years' experience in construction or site operations.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
Requirements
- Confidence in client-facing environments.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's licence.
