ABOUT NKHOMA UNIVERSITY

Nkhoma University is an institution of higher learning accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE). The University has three campuses; two at Nkhoma, 15km off Kamphata Trading Centre, and one at Chigoneka in Area 47. The University Head Office is situated at the heart of Lilongwe City, within Lilongwe CCAP premises. As the university is growing, it invites applications from qualified and suitable candidates for the following positions.

POSITION: LECTURER – EDUCATION FOUNDATION (CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT)

• Area of Specialization: Education Foundation (Curriculum Development)
• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree

POSITION: LECTURER – EDUCATION FOUNDATION (PSYCHOLOGY)

• Area of Specialization: Education Foundation (Psychology)
• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree

POSITION: LECTURER – EARLY CHILD DEVELOPMENT

• Area of Specialization: Early Child Development
• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree

POSITION: LECTURER – STATISTICS

• Area of Specialization: Statistics
• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree in Statistics

POSITION: LECTURER – GEOGRAPHY (GIS)

• Area of Specialization: Geography (GIS)
• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree

POSITION: LECTURER – LITERATURE (CHICHEWA)

• Area of Specialization: Literature (Chichewa)
• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree

POSITION: LECTURER – THEOLOGY (BIBLICAL STUDIES OR PRACTICAL THEOLOGY)

• Area of Specialization: Theology – Specializing in Biblical Studies or Practical Theology
• Minimum Qualification: Master's degree

POSITION: ASSISTANT FINANCE OFFICER

• Area of Specialization: Accounting and Finance
• Minimum Qualification: At least Diploma in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a busy Finance/Accounting office.
• Additional Requirement: Conversant with financial accounting packages like SAGE.
