Y-Malawi invites qualified, committed applicants for a Youth Officer position supporting church empowerment, youth programming, safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead youth programs, Bible Study groups, and Farming God's Way activities
• Support child protection and Girls of Distinction activities in youth clubs
• Submit monthly reports on progress, testimonies, challenges, and lessons learned
• Uphold Y-Malawi ethics and communicate with the Area Coordinator

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field
• Commitment to Christian faith and ministry
• Clean criminal record, with no history of child abuse
• Strong computer, reporting, communication, planning, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse people
