Major Tasks and Responsibilities
• Identify, acquire, and grow SME and enterprise customers through solution based selling.
• Own and manage customer accounts end to end as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver timely, accountable responses to customer issues and service requests.
• Develop and present tailored, value based solutions to customers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with pre sales, technical, and support teams to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate installations, activations, and service changes in line with SLAs.
• Drive upsell/cross sell, manage contracts, billing accuracy, and support revenue assurance.
Requirements
Educational and professional Requirements
• 2-5 years of proven Business to Business (B2B) sales experience, with a strong focus on SME and corporate customers.
• Relevant industry experience in telecommunications, IT services, fintech, banking, or enterprise
• Strong solution-selling capability, including effective needs analysis and value-based selling of plans and services.

• Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts for plan-based offerings.
• Consistent track record of achieving sales targets through effective pipeline management.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Results-driven sales professional with strong prospecting skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent relationship-management abilities.
