ASSETS AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OFFICER

PBM Group Limited is one of Malawi’s leading engineering, construction and manufacturing companies, delivering infrastructure and industrial solutions across the country. We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized and results-oriented professional to join our team as Assets & Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the Group’s asset register and asset lifecycle.
• Coordinating logistics, transportation and equipment movement.
• Managing fleet, plant and hired equipment utilization.
• Monitoring maintenance schedules, fuel consumption and compliance.
• Preparing management reports on assets, logistics and fleet performance.
• Ensuring proper documentation, accountability and safeguarding of company assets.
• Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Asset Management, Logistics, Automotive Engineering (Heavy Plant), or a related field.
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in asset management, logistics, fleet or plant operations. Strong analytical, reporting, record management and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High integrity, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
