OVERVIEW

Gomez Foods Limited is hiring an experienced baker to take charge of all baking in our bakery.

JOB TYPE: Full Time

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Aged between 27 and 55 years.
• At least 3 years' proven experience as a baker.
• Able to bake a wide range of products on your own.
• MSCE; a baking or food production certificate is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Able to use and look after ovens, mixers and dough equipment.
• Willing to work early mornings and weekends.

DUTIES

• Plan and run daily baking.
• Mix, proof and bake to consistent quality.
• Manage flour and ingredient stock.
• Keep the bakery clean and safe.

• Pies
