Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Lead- BSS is responsible for network operations and maintenance in the region assigned

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Radion Network availability 99.8%

• Governance with partners to meet targets
• Managing regional operations activities
• Analyzing RNA reports and preparing action plan for the region
• Resolve top worst performing sites on weekly basis

2. Network QoS Active and Passive Infra (RAN and TX)

• BSS KPIs with special focus on Platinum & Gold
• Site audits for PMs both Active and Passive
• Network availability >99.8%
• Spare management

3. Business alignment – War Room ,CSD Meeting and customer complaints

• Weekly War Room meetings with partners and customers
• closing customer complaints within 48 hours for cities and 96 hrs for rural areas

4. Processes awareness & partners governance

• Compliance to checklists and quality guidelines as per SOPs

5. Accurate Database for Radio & Transmission networks

• Radio and transmission inventory accuracy
• NMS visibility implementation
• External alarms extension and audit

6.Team engagement with direct repartee’s and other teams including partners

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Telecommunications engineering
• Computer skills, especially in MS Excel, Access, and Powerpoint.
• Minimum 4 years’ hands on experience within telecommunications environment
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to maintain good working relationships
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• Self-motivation
• Good team working skills
