Coin Security Services Malawi is hiring a Contract Officer.

Job Summary

Handles one Contract with a number of guards. Conducts and draws up risk assessments. Drafts SOPs for all of the clients sites, recruits and trains the clients guards, ensures smooth deployment and handles all other operational needs of that contract.

Job Requirements

• You need to be an honest person with exceptional organisation, planning and communication skills
• You need to be a self starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision
• You need to have a proven leadership track record as you will be looking after a team of over 30 individuals
• Experience in the security industry will be an added advantage

Minimum Qualification

• You must have at least an advanced diploma in business administration or a related field
• A qualification in security studies and membership to professional security bodies will be an added advantage

Remuneration Package

• Salary will depend on your qualification and experience
• Motor bike and fuel allowance
• Airtime
