Our client, a leading Telecommunication Service provider, is seeking an energetic, aggressive, self- motivated and result oriented individual to join its team in the position mentioned below to work under its Customer Experience Department in all districts in Malawi.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Process service applications and update customer information in the system accurately.
- Promote and explain company products and services to customers.
- Ensure excellent customer experience with timely feedback and support.
Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or front office roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
