Job Summary

Smart Deliveries is looking for experienced and dynamic Front Desk Officers to oversee day-to-day front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support courier service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, and emails.
• Maintain records of shipments, customer information, and office supplies.
• Support the sales team by promoting courier services and upselling to customers.
• Assist with data entry and preparation of operational reports.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related Business Studies field.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree will have an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work odd hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
