Role Summary
The HR and People Manager will be responsible for building a high-performance culture across Milanzi Interiors by managing employee performance, recruitment, staff development, company policies, accountability systems, and workplace culture. The role ensures that employees are motivated, structured, aligned with company standards, and operating efficiently across both branches.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
