CIC Insurance Malawi is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Life Insurance Sales Agents tenable in Lilongwe, Blantyre and Mzuzu.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum MSCE with credits in English and Mathematics.
• Those with a Diploma in Sales and Marketing will have an added advantage.
• Successful track record of selling in the financial services sector, teaching or any other relevant profession will be an added advantage.
• Highly networked and good at connecting with people.
• Prior experience in selling life or investments products will be a definite advantage.
• Good working knowledge of financial markets and financial products.
• Results oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets.
• Sales Ability.
• Customer Focus.
• Tenacity.
• Technical Knowledge.
• Problem Solving.
• Females are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospecting.
• Making sales presentations.
• Negotiating and closing business deals.
• Handling customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Producing quotations for prospective clients.
• Providing after sales service.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Team Supervisor from time to time.
