LODGE MANAGER

LOCATION: Lilongwe, Kaphiri

Grand Villa Hospitality Limited is inviting applications from qualified, experienced and results-oriented candidates for the position of Lodge Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily lodge operations and supervise staff

• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction

• Manage budgets, revenue, expenses and stock

• Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings and profitability

• Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper maintenance of lodge facilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field preferred

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar managerial position within a lodge, hotel or hospitality establishment

• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing staff and daily operations

• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, stock control, sales and marketing

• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of lodge management systems is an added advantage

• High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability and customer care
