Salary: MWK 250,000 – MWK 500,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

OVERVIEW

Wakanda Solar Malawi is expanding its operations and is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join its growing team. Established in Zimbabwe in 2017, the company has over eight years of experience providing clean, reliable, and affordable solar energy solutions across Zimbabwe and Zambia, helping communities address electricity and water supply challenges.

1. Sales Representative (Solar Products)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential solar product dealers.

• Promote solar products and water pumps through field and online marketing.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Train dealers on basic product knowledge.

• Achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.

2. Solar System Installation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar power systems ranging from 3KVA to 40KVA.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in inverters, lithium batteries, and water pumps.

• Repair inverters (an added advantage).

• Train dealers and sales staff on solar products and installation procedures.

• Supervise installation assistants and interns.

• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (BOTH POSITIONS)

Applicants must:

• Be between 20 and 35 years of age.

• Hold a valid driver’s licence with good driving skills.

• Have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience.

• Possess good communication and teamwork skills.

• Be self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Be willing to work in Lilongwe.
