KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Chef

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and food safety standards.
• Culinary certification will be an added advantage.

2. Bartender

• Previous experience in bartending.
• Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Housekeeper

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or lodge.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently.

4. Waitress

• Previous experience in food service or customer service.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, presentable, and team-oriented personality.

KEY DUTIES

Chef

• Prepare high-quality meals with creativity and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Manage food inventory and supervise kitchen staff.

Bartender

• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and ensure proper stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Housekeeper

• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
• Arrange guest amenities and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.

Waitress

• Greet and serve customers professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Keep the dining area clean and well-organized.
